Our methodology.

How we build our courses. How we validate what we teach. Full honesty — including what we DON'T include in the course.

Principle 1 — Everything we teach, we've tested ourselves

Every concept, every tool, every workflow presented in Tradelo courses has been personally used on a real prop firm account. No theory without practice. No Pine Script copy-pasted from a blog. No recycled "miracle strategy".

Concretely: the example strategy used to illustrate the methodology ran for 24 months in 1-second backtest, was optimized via 1000+ Optuna trials, validated by 4-window Walk-Forward and 15/15 CPCV splits. Before reaching the pedagogical module, it was put through the wringer — not to tell you to trade it, but to show you what an honest validation process actually looks like.

Practical consequence:

When Auto Advanced module 8 talks about "Circuit Breaker" (overlay after 4 consecutive losses), it's because we discovered it ourselves analyzing our trades — not in a book. The concept improved test Sharpe by +9% on our example strategy. It's documented.

Principle 2 — Layered pedagogy, not avalanche

The 4 Tradelo levels are designed to take you progressively. Each level builds on the previous (ideally). The conceptual leap at each tier is manageable:

You can skip to level 2 or 3 if you already know previous levels. But we recommend progressing in order. Paid levels cost $199-799 — skipping without bases means wasting time and money.

Principle 3 — Text format + interactive quizzes, no videos

Deliberate choice. Why no videos?

If you absolutely prefer video, Tradelo is probably not for you. We're aware it doesn't suit everyone.

Principle 4 — Continuous updates, not frozen

Trading evolves. Tools evolve (Claude Code itself changed between 2024 and 2026). Prop firms come and go. Your lifetime access includes all course updates.

When we discover a new workflow, a new bug to avoid, a new prop firm worth covering — we update the relevant modules. You're notified by email of major updates.

What we DON'T teach (deliberately)

To be honest, here's what we intentionally avoid:

How we measure course quality

Three concrete criteria:

  1. Free module 1 → purchase rate: we aim for > 8%. If less, module 1 didn't convince.
  2. Structured email feedback: 30 days after purchase, we ask "what should have been better?". Responses guide next updates.
  3. Repeat purchase rate (Level 1 free → Level 2, Level 2 → Level 3+): if a course is good, buyers come back for the next one. It's our most honest quality signal — no marketing around it, just measured behavior.
Start free — Level 1 → See courses
