By accessing Tradelo, purchasing a course, or using any content offered on this site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("TOU"), together with the Disclaimer, the Privacy Policy and the Refund Policy. If you do not accept any of these terms, do not use Tradelo.

All courses are accessible online after purchase, with no time limit.
After purchase, you receive an access link to the course by email. This link is personal and non-transferable. Sharing the link with a third party constitutes a violation of these TOU and may result in immediate revocation of your access without refund.
You are responsible for the confidentiality of your access link and any activity conducted from it.
All content available on Tradelo (texts, code, possible videos, screenshots, illustrations, pedagogical structure, the "Tradelo" trademark) is the exclusive property of Tradelo or its licensors, and is protected by Canadian and international copyright laws.
Purchasing a course grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use the content for personal educational purposes only.

Any violation may result in immediate access revocation and civil or criminal prosecution.
All payments are processed by Stripe, a third-party payment service provider. Tradelo does not store your credit card information. Prices shown are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and exclude applicable taxes.
If Tradelo exceeds the $30,000 annual sales threshold requiring registration for GST/HST (and where applicable, QST), applicable taxes will be added and clearly indicated at checkout.
Tradelo courses are digital products delivered immediately after payment. All purchases are considered final upon delivery of the access link. Module 1 of each course is free so you can evaluate the content before purchase. See the Refund Policy for details and exceptional cases reviewed case-by-case.
Tradelo reserves the right to modify, update or remove content at its discretion. Material updates are included in your lifetime purchase. However, Tradelo does not guarantee perpetual availability of specific content.
You agree not to:
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tradelo, its officers and collaborators shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or exemplary damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, including (without limitation): trading losses, lost prop firm fees, missed gains, loss of data.
Tradelo's total cumulative liability shall in no case exceed the amount you paid for the relevant course in the preceding 12 months.
You agree to indemnify and hold Tradelo, its officers and collaborators harmless from any claim, loss, liability or expense (including legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of Tradelo in violation of these TOU, (b) your trading decisions based on the content, (c) your violation of third-party rights.
Any dispute shall first be attempted to be resolved by amicable negotiation. Failing this, the parties shall submit the dispute to the competent courts of the district of Montreal, province of Quebec, Canada.
These TOU are governed by the laws of the province of Quebec, Canada, and applicable Canadian federal laws, without regard to conflicts of law principles.
These TOU, together with the Disclaimer, the Privacy Policy and the Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Tradelo concerning use of the service.
