Refund Policy

1. Final sales

Tradelo courses are digital products delivered instantly after payment. As is standard practice for instantly-accessible digital goods, all purchases are considered final and non-refundable once the course access link has been emailed to you.

2. Free Module 1 — the quality guarantee

So you can evaluate the content before buying, Module 1 of each course is entirely free, no account creation, no credit card:

• Trading Basics — Module 1 (free)
• Auto Beginner — Module 1 (free)
• Auto Advanced — Module 1 (free)

Module 1 gives you an honest preview of the teaching style, technical depth, and methodological approach. If Module 1 doesn't suit you, don't purchase — you'll have had a representative preview for free.

3. Exceptional cases reviewed case-by-case

Although purchases are final, we review certain requests case-by-case, notably:

• Major technical issue: if you cannot access the course despite our support and no solution works within 7 days.
• Accidental double-billing: any duplicate payment is refunded automatically.
• Clearly unintended purchase: e.g., an involuntary purchase reported within the hour following the transaction and before any access to the content.

For these cases, write to hello@tradelo.app with details of the situation. No guarantee of refund, but we review each request in good faith.

4. Consequences of an exceptional refund

If an exceptional refund is granted:

• Your access to the course is revoked immediately.
• You can no longer access modules, quizzes, and resources.
• You're required to delete any downloaded content (code, templates, PDFs).

5. Chargeback attempts

If you dispute the payment with your bank without first contacting us at hello@tradelo.app, we reserve the right to provide Stripe and your bank with all proof of purchase and service delivery. Unjustified chargebacks may result in blocking any future order.

6. Quebec Consumer Protection Act

You retain all your statutory rights as a consumer under the Quebec Consumer Protection Act, including:

• Remedies in case of false or misleading representation
• Rights applicable in case of non-conformity of the service offered

This policy does not limit your non-waivable statutory rights under applicable law.

7. Changes to this policy

Tradelo reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Changes apply only to new purchases — you always benefit from the policy in effect at the time of your purchase.
